Invite users
Every user in TimeCamp Planner has permission to invite new team members. Depending on the account role some functionalities may be limited, such as Workspace Setting available only to workspace Administrators.
We provide a few different ways to invite new team members. Below you'll find detailed instructions for all of them.
If you manage more than 1 workspace you need to invite users to each workspace separately. Before inviting users please make sure that you have enough seats in that selected workspace.
Workspace Settings
Open the Workspace Settings on the left side menu (available only to Workspace Administrators).
Input a user's email address and click on the Send invitation button.
You can input a few different email addresses to invite multiple users at once.
Optionally you can mark the checkbox next to the Invite as guest to a project option and invite this user as a Guest.

Profile menu
One more quick way to invite new users is located under your avatar and name icon. Click on your profile on the left side menu and choose the Invite people option from the menu.
Input a user's email address and click on the Send invitation button. Here as well you can input a few different email addresses to invite multiple users at once.
Optionally you can mark the checkbox next to the Invite as guest to a project option and invite this user as a Guest.
Project view
The additional way to invite a new user is directly within the Project's view.
Open a Project and click on the Members icon in the upper right corner.
Next, click on the Add member button, input the email address, and confirm your action by clicking on the Invite member button.
After adding a new user from the Project's view you can navigate to the Workspace Settings and adjust their role and job title.
By default, new members are invited with a User role.
