Delete account

Each user can delete their own account. Depending on the assigned account role the process of deleting will be different.

If your role is User or Administrator you can delete your account without additional steps at any time. 

Click on your name in the bottom left corner and choose the Edit profile option from the menu. 


You’ll be redirected to your Profile settings where you’ll find the Delete account option. 


Click it and type DELETE in the next window. Finally, confirm your action.


If you’re the Workspace Owner and  reach the  decision to stop using TimeCamp Planner and permanently  delete your account, there are a few steps you should follow:

  • cancel active subscriptions in all of your workspaces;

  • disable all users in all of your workspaces or transfer the ownership to a different user in all of your workspaces;

After all of your workspaces are switched to a Free plan and you transferred the ownership to a different user or decided to disable all added users you can proceed with deleting your account.

Click on your name in the bottom left corner and choose the Edit profile option from the menu. 


You’ll be redirected to your Profile settings where you’ll find the Delete account option. 


Click it and type DELETE in the next window. Finally, confirm your action.

In case the Delete account button is disabled please make sure that no active user is left in your workspaces and that all subscriptions are canceled.

Deleting the account permanently deletes all the recorded data. That means you won't be able to get back to access your boards, tasks, chats, etc.
