You can switch to a different billing cycle, change the number of seats, or edit billing address details at any time.
Only the Administrator of the account can edit the subscription.
To edit the subscription navigate to the Workspace settings, just above your avatar icon, and open the Subscription tab.
Number of seats
As an account Administrator, you can increase or reduce the number of seats at any time. If some of your coworkers are leaving the team or you would like to invite new users, you need to adjust the number of your licenses.
In the Subscription tab input the new number of seats and click on the Update plan button.
Next, verify your billing address details, the selected payment method, and finalize the subscription setting process.
If you increase the number of seats, you will pay only an amount for the newly added seats proportionally reduced to the number of days remaining until the end of the billing period. This will be a one-time payment for new positions only.
If you reduce the number of seats, the amount for the unused period will be transferred to an individual virtual credit/account. Credits will be automatically applied to your future payments in TimeCamp Planner.
If you wish to update the billing cycle of your subscription first you need to cancel your current subscription and create a new one.
The annual subscription gives you a 30% discount.
To cancel the subscription click on the Cancel Subscription button next to your plan details.
The amount for the unused period will be transferred to an individual virtual credit account and will be automatically applied to your future payments in TimeCamp Planner.
After the subscription is canceled click on the Upgrade to Premium button to create a new one.
Select the type of billing cycle and click on the Choose plan PREMIUM button.
Check the correctness of your billing address and number of seats, Proceed to Checkout and finalize the subscription setting process.
Payment will be automatically reduced by the unused amount from your previous subscription.
To update your payment method click on the Update plan button under your subscription details.
Check the correctness of your billing address and Proceed to Checkout.
When the final confirmation window appears click on the Edit button under the Payment section. Update your credit card information and click on the Subscribe button to save changes.
If you don't change any details of your subscription plan, you won't be charged twice for the same billing period. This process will only update your payment details.
To update your billing address click on the Update plan button under your subscription details.
Next, a window will appear where you can input your new billing address.
Proceed with the subscription setting process and save changes. You won’t be charged twice for the same billing period so this process will only update your address.
The new billing address will be applied only to future invoices.
List of payments
All invoices and notifications of subscription changes are automatically sent to the email address of the Account Owner. Also, it is possible to view the entire history of payments within the TimeCamp Planner account.
To check the list of all your TimeCamp payments open the Subscription tab and scroll down to the Billing history section.
Here you'll only find invoices with actual payments. If credits were applied to the subscription payment and the total amount of payment due is $0, then such an invoice won't be added to the list of invoices on your TimeCamp Planner account.
