Checklist

Checklist allows adding a list of smaller tasks to complete within the main task and assigning them to specific users. 

Each task contains its own checklist.


To add a new item click on the Add element to a checklist button. Next, input its name and click Enter on your keyboard to create the next item or click anywhere around your screen to finish adding items to the checklist.


You can change the order of elements by clicking on the icon on the left side next to the checkbox and dragging it.


When a specific element is completed mark the checkbox next to it.

Marking checklist elements as completed won't automatically affect the progress of the task. Progress needs to be adjusted manually.


Each element from the checklist can be assigned to a specific user. To do that hover a mouse on the item and click on the "user" icon next to it.


To delete an element from the checklist hover a mouse on the item and click on the "3 vertical dots" icon next to it. Next, click on the Delete option on the list.


As you can mention, there are a few additional options under the "3 vertical dots" icon:

  • Convert to task - converts item from the checklist to a separate task on the Board. After clicking it you can choose a project and list it should be added to and optionally change a name of a task;
  • Convert to task comment - converts item from the checklist to a comment in a task comment section. After clicking it you can choose a project, list, and task it should be added to;
